As creepy as it sounds, I loved making this cake. I got a crash course in anatomy while sculpting the dismembered and mutilated doctor with his chest cavity open. The nurses were especially fun to make; calmly standing by with their victims blood splattered on their clothes. And yes, that is a rat nibbling on the doctor's eyeball.
